Title: Oracle HFM Application Support

Technical Lead to support Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application. The system prepares financial closing and consolidation data for consolidated financial reporting purposes. The role requires strong application support experience, finance domain knowledge, and native level Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 application support for Oracle HFM
• Act as technical escalation point for complex issues
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
• Analyze and resolve consolidation, data load, and calculation issues
• Coordinate with End users, IS IT members, and vendors
• Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Prepare and review basic support documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Good understanding of financial consolidation and reporting
• Japanese: Native level / JLPT N1/N2 (mandatory)
• Flexible to work in shift timings [Monthly One week] JST till 10 PM JST, Regular work : JST Business Timings [9AM JST to 18:00 JST]
• 10 years of experience in Oracle HFM / Financial Application Support
