Oracle HRIS

Robert Half Technology is recruiting an experienced HRIS Analyst III with deep technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM for a direct-hire opportunity with an established organization.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys owning multiple Oracle HCM modules, solving complex technical challenges, building advanced reporting solutions, and driving HR technology improvements.

Reporting directly to the HRIS Manager, you'll partner with HR leadership, functional experts and technical teams to configure, develop, maintain and optimize enterprise HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the configuration, development, administration and ongoing optimization of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development and Absence Management.
• Design and develop complex reports, dashboards and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher and Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Build SQL queries, Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Flows and Value Sets to support HR operations and process automation.
• Independently troubleshoot production issues, resolve system defects and identify opportunities to improve system performance.
• Lead technical activities associated with system enhancements, upgrades, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Conduct system and data audits to maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures and training materials, and provide end-user support.

Required qualifications

• 5–7 years of direct, hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience.

• Strong experience configuring and supporting Core HR and multiple additional Oracle HCM modules.

• Advanced reporting experience with OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).

• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development.

• Experience with HCM configuration, production support, troubleshooting and data analysis.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• The anticipated base salary is $119,000–$150,000 plus bonus
