Oracle Hyperion

Role Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Administrator with 8+ years of relevant experience in administering and supporting Oracle Hyperion applications.
• The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, Shared Services, Workspace, LCM, security administration, migrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and support Oracle Hyperion HFM, Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE applications.
• Perform application configuration, metadata management, and environment administration.
• Manage application migrations across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Perform Hyperion migrations using Workspace and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
• Handle installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Hyperion 11.2.x environments.
• Manage users, roles, access, provisioning, and security through Shared Services.
• Monitor Hyperion application health, services, logs, and system performance.
• Perform log analysis and troubleshoot application, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and service-request management within SLA.
• Manage metadata structures, hierarchies, and data-loading activities.
• Perform application and database performance tuning and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Support Hyperion upgrades, migrations, patches, and environment maintenance.
• Use monitoring/log-analysis tools such as Splunk where applicable.
