What they need
Role & responsibilities
Facilitate discovery sessions and Design Workshops.
Configure Oracle OPAL using Oracle Modern Best Practices and Standard Functionality. •
Support configuration, validation, and deployment of 220 contractual OPAL record types, including Building Permits, Planning & Zoning, Code Enforcement, Business Licensing, Public Works, Fire, Right-of-Way, and related permitting processes. •
Develop configuration workbooks, user stories, and sprint backlog activities.
Conduct prototype demonstrations and solution validation sessions. • Support End-to-End Testing, User Acceptance Testing, cutover, Hypercare, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
Resolve functional defects and support production stabilization activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with Oracle Community Development / permitting-related solutions.
- Experience with large-scale OPAL implementations involving multiple record types.
- Experience supporting multiple implementation waves.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and impact assessment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
