Oracle OTM Cloud Functional Consultant

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

• Minimum 2 full lifecycle OTM implementations in mid to large-scale projects across diverse industries.

• Advanced expertise in SQL, along with strong working knowledge of XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.

• Strong functional configuration skills across core OTM modules, including :

• Shipment Planning & Execution.

• Freight Settlement.

• Sourcing.

• Fleet Management.

• Experience in B2B integrations, leveraging EDI and API standards and methods.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

• Proven team-building and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to handle multiple workstreams and delegate tasks efficiently.

• Experience in both development and support projects.

• Project management capabilities, including scheduling, monitoring, and risk handling.

• Strong solution design and system architecture knowledge.

• 3PL industry experience (preferred but not mandatory).

• Knowledge of other Order Management or Transportation Management Systems (advantageous).

• Educational background in Computer Science (preferred).

Role Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary lead for Customer Onboarding workstreams and drive collaboration across teams.
• Ensure adherence to standards across all onboarding projects.
• Perform Engagement Management (EM) activities for offshore teams and coordinate with nearshore PMs.
• Oversee and industrialize knowledge transition processes.
• Mentor junior team members to continuously upskill and enhance team capability.
• Delegate tasks effectively and resolve conflicts or dependencies across workstreams.
• Monitor Change Requests (CRs) and manage their scheduling and implementation.
