Oracle Payroll  Consultant

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll
• Deep understanding of Oracle Payroll configuration
• Experience setting up Earnings & Deduction Elements
• Experience migrating payroll configurations across PODs (DEV/UAT/PROD)
• Payroll Processing, Costing, Fast Formulas, Balance Adjustments
• HDL/HSDL Data Migration
• Core HR and Absence Management (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Payroll solutions.
• Set up payroll elements, earnings, deductions, and payment methods.
• Migrate payroll configurations and elements across environments.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and support payroll processing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design.
• Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.

Mandatory:

• Oracle Fusion Payroll Certification
• 2+ end-to-end Oracle Payroll implementations
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
