• Modules core, absence, OTL, payroll, workforce scheduling
• looking for someone with more technical solution and hands on experience, will not need to do configuration but should be able to help the team with system solution challenges and understand technical dependencies across modules

As an Oracle HCM Payroll Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful payroll implementations for our clients. Your expertise in UK payroll legislation and large-scale HCM implementations will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions. You will lead and mentor a team, ensuring seamless integration across multiple HCM modules, and provide strategic guidance to clients, bridging the gap between their business needs and Oracle's capabilities.
