Oracle Fusion Projects Functional Lead will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, including implementation, enhancements, and AMS support. The role focuses on driving project financials, governance, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise programs.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership – Projects (PPM)

• Lead implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion Projects modules (PPM):
• Project Financial Management (Costing, Billing, Revenue Recognition)
• Project Control and Governance
• Grants / Contract Management (if applicable)
• Define and configure:
• Project templates and structures
• Costing, billing, and revenue methods
• Project accounting and reporting frameworks

Solution Design & Implementation

• Conduct requirement workshops and Fit-Gap analysis
• Translate business requirements into:
• Functional Design Documents (FSD/BRD)
• Lead:
• Configuration activities
• SIT / UAT testing cycles
• Business sign-offs and go-live readiness

Project Financials & Process Management

• Manage end-to-end Project lifecycle:
• Project initiation → Execution → Billing → Closure
• Ensure accurate:
• Cost capture and allocation
• Revenue recognition
• Financial forecasting and reporting
• Align with enterprise financial processes (GL, AP, AR integration)

Integration & Cross-Module Coordination

• Collaborate with:
• Finance modules (GL, AP, AR)
• Procurement and SCM teams
• Integration teams (OIC)
• Ensure seamless integration across:
• Fusion ERP ecosystem
• External project management systems

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to:
• Project governance frameworks
• Financial compliance and audit standards
• Maintain documentation:
• BRD, FSD, RTM, configuration documents
• Support SLA/KPI tracking and governance reporting

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary SPOC for business and project stakeholders
• Drive workshops, demos, and solution validations
• Lead and mentor functional consultants (P3/P4)
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

Support & AMS

• Handle production support:
• Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements
• Ensure SLA adherence (MTTR, backlog management)
• Drive RCA and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Oracle Projects / PPM
• Strong expertise in:
• Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM Cloud)
• Project Costing, Billing, and Revenue Management
• Experience in:
• End-to-end implementation and AMS engagements
• Financial project lifecycle management
• Good understanding of:
• Project accounting principles
• Integration with Finance and Procurement modules
• Exposure to:
• SaaS ERP delivery models (Oracle Fusion)

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Projects / PPM Certification
• Experience in Middle East / Saudi Arabia projects
• Knowledge of project accounting compliance and regulations
