Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PPM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Projects, particularly the Costing and Billing modules. The role focuses on application support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and maintaining smooth business operations within Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience handling application support requests in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and maintenance for Oracle PPM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Projects Costing and Billing modules.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and support tickets within agreed timelines.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Deliver enhancements and support continuous improvements to existing business processes.
• Monitor business workflows and proactively identify potential issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation, issue-resolution records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and high-quality client service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Projects, with strong expertise in Costing and Billing.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and project management business processes.
• Proven experience in application support, preferably in Oracle Cloud PPM.
• Experience in incident management, service requests, problem management, and support ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work effectively in a shift-based environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Good to Have

• Experience with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
• Experience in delivering functional enhancements and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
