Location – South of England

Working Arrangement – Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site

Rate – Competitive contract rate, Inside IR35

About the Job

Oracle PPM Integration Lead required to drive the design and delivery of integrations across Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and wider enterprise systems. You will lead technical integration strategy, oversee implementation and ensure seamless data flows across finance, projects and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development and delivery of Oracle Cloud PPM integrations with finance, ERP and third-party systems.

Define integration architecture, standards and best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and maintainable.

Oversee integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI and other relevant Oracle integration technologies.

Work closely with functional, technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve integration issues and ensure successful delivery.

Manage integration testing, data validation, defect resolution and deployment activities across the project lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership to integration developers and delivery teams, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.

Troubleshoot complex integration issues and support ongoing optimisation and stabilisation.

Skills Required

Strong experience leading integrations within Oracle Cloud PPM, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Financial Management and related modules.

Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI and Oracle Cloud integration patterns.

Experience integrating Oracle PPM with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and external enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of project financial data flows, integration architecture, data mapping and transformation.

Experience managing end-to-end integration delivery, including requirements gathering, technical design, testing and deployment.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex integrations within challenging project timelines
