Role Summary Lead the functional design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. The role focuses primarily on Order Management, Global Order Promising (GOP), Inventory Management, and Manufacturing , while coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document supply-chain business requirements.

• Provide functional leadership across:

• CPQ

• Order Management

• Global Order Promising (GOP)

• Pricing

• Inventory Management

• Purchasing

• Costing

• Manufacturing

• Define end-to-end SCM business processes, functional flows, and solution designs.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions using standard Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• Support configuration, testing, integration, deployment, and production stabilization.

• Troubleshoot complex functional issues across SCM processes and integrations.

• Coordinate with technical teams for SCM-to-external-system integrations.

• Lead SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business validation.

• Review functional designs against enterprise SCM standards and best practices.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

• Coordinate offshore/onshore teams and implementation partners.

• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and functional guidance.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead / Solution Lead experience.

• Strong expertise in:

• Order Management

• GOP

• Inventory Management

• Manufacturing

• End-to-end SCM business-process implementation experience.

• Oracle Cloud SCM configuration experience.

• Requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.

• Functional design, testing, and deployment.

• SCM integrations with external systems.

• Understanding of:

• Order-to-Cash

• Inventory

• Supply Planning

• Manufacturing

• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

• Cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Large-scale enterprise Cloud SCM transformation experience.
• Manufacturing/automotive industry experience.
• Global/multi-location supply-chain experience.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture.
• Production-support experience.

Primary profile: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead , especially strong in OM + GOP + Inventory + Manufacturing
