Job Role Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in new implementations of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects, particularly in Supply Chain Planning.
• Solutioning experience is mandatory for this position.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle SCM/EBS.
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning implementations.
• Proven solutioning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to independently handle complex functional problems.
• Experience working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.
• Experience leading project teams and/or functional workstreams.
• Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Job Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise for mission-critical, enterprise-wide ERP systems.
• Coordinate and track projects for assigned modules/systems.
• Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams.
• Contribute to new system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and modifications.
• Analyse business and system issues and drive them through resolution.
• Support issue tracking, problem analysis, and resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements and system optimization.
• Lead functional activities and support project teams as required.
