Oracle SCM Functional Consultant - EBS Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and Supply Chain Planning. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations, functional solution design, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.

Strong solutioning experience and hands-on exposure to new Oracle EBS implementations are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation projects, focusing on Supply Chain Planning.
• Gather business requirements, conduct requirement analysis, and perform fit-gap assessments.
• Design and recommend functional solutions aligned with business requirements and Oracle EBS capabilities.
• Configure Oracle SCM modules and prepare functional specifications, solution documents, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and custom developments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Manage project milestones, track issues, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of functional challenges.
• Analyze complex business and system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for supply chain process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Provide functional guidance and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP functional consulting.
• Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation projects.
• Proven experience in new implementations involving Oracle Supply Chain Planning.
• Mandatory: Strong functional solutioning and solution design experience.
• Good understanding of supply chain business processes and ERP integrations.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, and documentation.
• Ability to independently manage complex functional issues and drive solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, functional, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or other relevant industry domains.
• Experience leading functional workstreams in large-scale ERP implementation projects.
• Exposure to Oracle SCM integrations with other Oracle EBS modules.
• Experience in project coordination, implementation planning, and team mentoring.
