Oracle SCM Support

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Support resource for Operational Support.

Functional Support
Provide day-to-day support for Oracle SCM modules.
Analyze and resolve production issues
Work closely with Upstream/Downstream Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Operational teams
Review Oracle workbench setups and configurations.
Identify and clean up unwanted, duplicate, or obsolete data.
Analyze historical open transactions (PO,IR, PR, DJ..etc) and perform data cleanup activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 to 8 years in Oracle EBS R12 SCM support.
Strong understanding of Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, iSupplier Portal and ASCP Planning processes.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Experience in global production support environments.
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle database concepts.

Preferred Skills
Oracle EBS R12 experience.
Understanding of supply planning, inventory optimization, and logistics.
Stakeholder communication skills.
Support process knowledge.
Mentor and Training the Internal resources
