Oracle Siebel CRM Developer

Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Siebel CRM Developer to join a client team responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise CRM applications. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable Siebel CRM solutions, support integrations with enterprise platforms, and maintain mission-critical customer relationship management applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Configure Siebel components, including Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views, Screens, Workflows, and REST-based integrations.
• Develop and maintain Siebel eScript, Browser Script, Business Services, and Runtime Events.
• Implement and support Siebel Open UI customizations and enhancements.
• Design and develop integrations between Siebel and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, EAI, and EIM.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support production environments by investigating and resolving application issues.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, deployment plans, and support materials.
• Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM applications.

• Siebel Tools

• eScript and Browser Script
• Business Services and Runtime Events
• Siebel Open UI
• Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
• Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM)
• Siebel RESTful Services and modern integration patterns
• Experience working with Oracle Databases and writing SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, deployment processes, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Siebel with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siebel IP17, IP18, or newer versions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Industry experience within Telecommunications, Public Sector, Financial Services, or Healthcare.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM environments.
