Oracle Specialist

As a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist (Techno/Functional) , you will lead the design and architecture of Oracle ERP Financials solutions, ensuring effective integration across Finance, HCM, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will also provide guidance across configuration, development, testing, data migration, cutover, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle ERP Financials , including data flows and integrations.
• Design and optimize core finance modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Subledger Accounting
• Tax
• Ensure solutions support audit requirements, financial regulations, and architecture standards .
• Guide development and support teams on configurations and changes.
• Oversee SIT/UAT, data migration, development, and cutover activities.
• Provide functional support for planning and budgeting cycles.
• Conduct user training and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Present complex solution and architecture designs to different teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations .
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes, including:
• Quote to Cash (Q2C)
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Strong understanding of financial operations and reporting integrity.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
• Knowledge of Oracle Database .
• Experience/familiarity with Oracle configurations, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed .

Good-to-Have

• Oracle Cloud certification(s) .
