- Experience in Oracle system transactions is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Oracle transactions related to production and inventory.
- Manage requisition, preparation, inventory, and control of production stickers/labels.
- Check and monitor materials issued to Production.
- Maintain proper filing of production and inventory documents.
- Assist in the monthly inventory of materials.
- Prepare stickers for labeling of Work-in-Process (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG).
- Prepare and update production records and reports.
