Oracle Tech Director

The Opportunity

Join our Acceleration Center Manila and lead technology initiatives that help clients optimize operational efficiency through Oracle software and solutions. Within the Digital Core Modernization practice, you will analyze client needs, implement technology solutions, and provide training and support to enable seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As an Oracle Tech Director, you will establish strategic direction, lead business development efforts, make impactful decisions, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive-level client relationships. You will drive business growth, shape client engagements, mentor future leaders, and promote innovation while maintaining professional and technical standards.

You will also develop new ideas, solutions, and delivery structures, identify market opportunities, and collaborate across global teams to create an environment where people and technology thrive together.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and business development efforts within Oracle technology consulting.
• Oversee installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products and solutions.
• Drive business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into results.
• Shape client engagements and maintain executive-level relationships to maximize client satisfaction.
• Mentor future leaders and foster a collaborative environment.
• Promote technological advances and create environments where people and technology thrive.
• Develop new ideas, solutions, and structures to advance thought leadership.
• Solve complex problems by exploring multiple perspectives and applying creativity.
• Balance long-term strategy, short-term priorities, detailed execution, and broader business objectives.
• Make strategic decisions and drive change by addressing system-level enablers.
• Develop talent through mentoring and coaching while collaborating across global teams.

What You Must Have

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• At least 14 to 20 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Data Science.
• At least one Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related OCI domains.
• Experience leading strategic technology planning and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Ability to promote innovation and embrace change in dynamic environments.
• Experience developing new ideas and solutions to advance thought leadership.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
