We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Technical Product Analyst who can

• Lead deep system analysis and solution design across complex enterprise banking platforms, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to improve lending and financial processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and QA teams to gather requirements, drive solution-focused discussions, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide expertise in loan disbursement, lending workflows, and financial integrations, with strong knowledge of Oracle Banking , Oracle ERP Finance , and enterprise operational controls.
• Support Agile product delivery by partnering with Product Owners and TPMs to manage backlogs, Azure DevOps work items, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
• Ensure high-quality, compliance -focused solutions by analyzing tradeoffs, challenging assumptions, resolving requirement gaps, and aligning outcomes with enterprise architecture, governance , and regulatory standards.
