Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager to drive complex implementations and enhancements focusing on Oracle WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) . In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery, partner closely with cross-functional IT and business leadership, manage onshore/offshore execution teams, and ensure solution integrity across integrated supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Delivery: Lead end-to-end program planning, including scope definition, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestone mapping, and the integrated delivery roadmap.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client business and IT stakeholders; run steering committee reviews and regular status meetings.
• Program Governance: Establish and operate program governance frameworks, including status reporting, proactive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and escalation management.
• Onshore/Offshore Coordination: Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams to ensure cross-functional alignment, smooth handoffs, and adequate time-zone overlap coverage.
• Solution Architecture & Integration: Own solution architecture sign-offs in collaboration with technical and functional leads, ensuring end-to-end integration design meets business requirements.
• Scope & Change Management: Manage cross-project interdependencies and formal change requests, including thorough impact assessments on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Testing & Deployment Execution: Oversee system testing phases (SIT, UAT), drive go-live readiness, lead cutover planning, and manage hypercare support.
• Financials & Metrics: Track project budget, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to client security, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Oracle Expertise: Deep hands-on experience and functional/technical knowledge of Oracle R12 (E-Business Suite) , with specific specialization in Oracle WMS and Oracle SCM modules.
• Program Management: Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise transformations, integration projects, and multi-team programs.
• Governance Frameworks: Strong expertise in establishing program governance, RAID management, change management, and steering committee leadership.
• Team Leadership: Experience managing blended delivery models involving onshore and offshore technical/functional teams.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Local candidates based in or near Foster City, CA are highly preferred.
