Oracle Techno Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Finance & Procurement modules.
• Support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing and P2P processes.
• Handle incidents, service requests, RCA, and SLA-driven production support.
• Troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations.
• Support month-end/year-end close activities and financial reconciliations.
• Gather requirements and support minor enhancements, SIT/UAT, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams and vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP.
• Strong Oracle Finance + Procurement techno-functional experience.
• Good understanding of P2P and R2R processes.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills.
• Experience in AMS/Production Support, L2/L3, Incident & Problem Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy is preferred.
• Exposure to Oracle integrations/OIC, BI Publisher, Reports and Workflows is a plus.
