Oracle US Payroll Consultant

About The Company: Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are looking for an Oracle US Payroll Consultant to join our Nearshore Center at Randstad Mexico.

Responsbilities:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll (Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion or Oracle EBS), with a focus on US Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Calculation Cards and Tax Reporting Units.
• Configuration of Elements and custom tax setups
• Solid understanding of US federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as Year-End processes

Requirements:

• Management of Year-End and periodic payroll closes
• Configuration of Payroll Modules (including Tax Reporting Units setup).
• Designing, creating, and updating Fast Formulas for complex payroll calculations.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for payroll reconciliation
