Location: Doha, Qatar (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and present innovative solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Utilities technology solutions.
• Ensure solution designs align with technical and logical architecture standards.
• Provide consulting and technical guidance during design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Drive successful delivery of complex, enterprise-wide Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Develop system design models, architecture diagrams, specifications, and integration designs.
• Review and implement process improvements and architectural best practices.
• Present architectural recommendations and findings to senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide functional consultants, developers, and technical teams.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and support code/script reviews.
• Define and maintain technical standards, design patterns, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.
• Support Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including ISO/ISMS compliance activities.
