Oracle Utilities MDM Technical Lead (CL7 Focus)

Job Details: We are hiring an Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) Technical Lead to direct technical architecture, custom OUAF/Groovy development, and system integrations for a strategic utility program.

• POSITION: Oracle Utilities MDM Technical Lead
• WORK SETUP: Hybrid (Mandaluyong City)
• SHIFT SCHEDULE: Mid-Shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
• CONTRACT DURATION: 12 Months (Project-based Extension)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions across Device Management, Usage Acquisition, VEE, Usage Calculations, and Aggregations
• Produce detailed technical design specifications based on approved functional requirements and solution architecture
• Design, build, and code-review complex customizations using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Groovy development
• Develop custom algorithms, business services, service scripts, business objects, plug-ins, extension points, and batch controls
• Troubleshoot and optimize Groovy scripts, batch jobs, database interactions, and framework extensions for high performance
• Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs to ensure consistency, quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Collaborate with integration teams to support interfaces between MDM, CC&B, AMI/Head-End Systems, ESB, and Data Warehouses
• Mentor developers and technical team members on OUAF architecture, Oracle Utilities development standards, and Groovy best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on technical lead or solution design experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)
• Deep technical expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) architecture and enterprise design components
• Advanced hands-on experience in Groovy development (Custom Algorithms, Plug-ins, Business Services, Service Scripts, and UI Maps)
• Practical experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B and end-to-end meter-to-cash integration processes is highly desirable
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
