Oracle Utilities - Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Oracle Utilities - Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

In this role, you will lead complex technology consulting engagements that help clients modernize operations and advance digital transformation initiatives. You will guide business and technical stakeholders through strategy, execution, and adoption, with a focus on subscription-based operating models and enterprise process improvement. This opportunity calls for deep experience with utility-focused Oracle solutions, strong client leadership, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,000 – $280,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle consulting projects to help organizations achieve digital technology goals
• Guide clients in transitioning to subscription-based business models using Oracle solutions
• Manage complex business issues from strategy to execution across various functional areas
• Utilize customer experience and revenue management cloud solutions to improve processes
• Oversee deployment of utility customer-to-meter and revenue management solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships to address business challenges
• Promote innovative Oracle technologies and best practices across consulting teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred in relevant fields
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M)
• Proficiency in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
• Knowledge of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud processes
• Track record in leading cross-border team engagements
• Strong strategic questioning and problem-solving skills
