About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Utilities Solution & Technical Architect to provide technical and functional leadership for Oracle Utilities Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Meter Data Management (MDM) applications.

This role will serve as a senior technical and functional authority across Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG. You will lead solution and architecture design, guide offshore development and testing teams, support production operations, and work closely with onshore technical leads and client delivery managers.

The role requires deep expertise with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), batch processing architecture, integrations, production support, and utility enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional architecture leadership across Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG
• Lead end-to-end M2C solution design, including major enhancements, integrations, and batch adjustments
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot nightly batch schedules, multi-thread processing, high-volume data loads, and batch monitoring
• Review and approve Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
• Guide OUAF development across Java/Groovy, Business Objects (BOs), Business Services (BSs), UI Maps, Zones, Algorithms, and IWS/XAI
• Oversee MDM and SGG integration, including VEE, IMD processing, usage calculations, smart meter events, and device lifecycle flows
• Lead Level 2/Level 3 production triage, RCA, and 24/7 support for P1/P2 incidents and SLA requirements
• Lead offshore developers, designers, and testers while serving as the primary technical liaison to US onshore leads and client delivery managers

Requirements:

• 8–20+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities implementations, upgrades, and managed services (CC&B v2.x, C2M v2.6+, CCS, MDM, SGG).
• Deep expertise in Batch Processing architecture: configuring thread allocation, batch job controls, batch monitoring queries, stream restarts, and error handling (e.g., usage transaction exclusions, POSTROUT log analysis).
• Demonstrated mastery of OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework), Java, Groovy, SQL/PL-SQL, HQL, COBOL-to Java migrations, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment architecture.
• Proven track record acting as a Technical/Functional Lead for utility clients, managing offshore teams of 5–15+ developers and engineers.
• Certified Oracle Utilities Implementation Professional (CCS, C2M, or CC&B) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II compliance, NERC-CIP requirements, and ITIL incident/change management frameworks

• Oracle Utilities Implementation Professional certification in CCS, C2M, or CC&B
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II compliance requirements
• Knowledge of NERC-CIP requirements
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and change management practices
• Experience with large-scale utility enterprise implementations
• Experience working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones

Note:

This position requires strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities enterprise implementations and production support. Experience in Batch Processing and Monitoring is mandatory, in addition to core Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Meter Data Management skills.

Pay: Php400.00 - Php500.00 per hour
