Oracle Utilities WACS Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities WACS Integration Specialist to support enterprise utility technology and system integration initiatives. The role involves working with clients and technical teams to understand business requirements, design integration solutions, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS) while contributing to integration architecture and cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS)
• Design and implement integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Analyze complex business processes and develop appropriate integration approaches
• Coordinate with multiple technical and functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Contribute to integration architecture and key technical decisions
• Support solution design, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Monitor project progress and proactively address integration-related issues
• Provide technical solutions for complex problems across multiple teams
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS)
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management
• 5+ years of integration design experience with Oracle Utilities products such as WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, or OFS
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture
• Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices
• Experience designing and implementing business and technology solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
