What they need
- Act as a one point of contact for all support related activity for assigned system(s)
- The role also includes effective management of vendor and deployment of enhancements.
- Perform Scheduled and On-Demand Technical Administrative tasks on assigned systems e.g. (scripting, patch deployment, backup, rollback, user management (list is indicative and not limited to activities as mentioned)
- Ensure all products maintain info sec standards & adhere to the process.
- Escalate/obtain prior approvals for any process deviations
- Reduce Major technology errors that may lead to business impact by educating the importance / awareness Optimize platform resource utilization
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure the SLA s are achieved & KPIs are adhered to; data sanity and hygiene & client expectations are exceeded
- The role requires mature written & verbal communication skills
