We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oral Surgeon to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of oral surgical procedures including dental extractions, dental implants, and management of impacted teeth
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and diagnostic imaging interpretation
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patients’ needs and healthcare regulations
• Utilize aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during procedures
• Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations
• Educate patients on post-operative care, treatment options, and preventive oral health strategies
• Use dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans clearly to patients and team members

Requirements

• Valid license or certification as an Oral Surgeon in accordance with state licensing boards
• Proven experience in oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and dental implants
• Proficiency with dental practice management software including Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, and infection control standards
• Ability to perform procedures using aseptic techniques while maintaining patient comfort and safety
• Excellent client communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient care
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, and other specialties is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis, medical terminology, and medical documentation standards
• Experience working in a fast-paced dental office environment with a commitment to quality care
