Gentle Dental is looking for an Oral Surgeon to join our Southern California team, supporting patients at our Chula Vista practice one day per month .

We are open to both W-2 employment and 1099 independent contractor arrangements , giving you flexibility to choose the structure that best fits your existing practice and professional goals.

This opportunity is designed for an Oral Surgeon looking to add a consistent monthly day to their schedule while working alongside an established dental team.

The Opportunity

The Schedule Includes

• 1 day per month – Gentle Dental Chula Vista 520 Broadway, Suite 1 Chula Vista, CA 91910

Compensation Oral Surgeons are compensated based on a percentage of production, ranging from 45%–50% of production , depending on the provider arrangement and applicable terms.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Oral Surgery Residency program
• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI
