Why Join MONT Surgery?

We believe an outstanding practice is built not only through excellent surgeons, advanced technology, and a beautiful facility, but through the people and culture behind them.

At MONT, you will have the opportunity to join a modern oral surgery practice from its earliest stage, work directly alongside two surgeon-owners, develop your skills, and become an important part of a team we are building for the long term.

As a growing startup practice, employee benefits are not currently offered at launch. Our goal is to introduce a benefits package as the practice becomes established and grows. We want to be transparent about where we are today while building a workplace where excellent team members have opportunities to grow alongside the practice.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats patients and coworkers with kindness and respect, brings a positive attitude to the workplace, and is excited about the opportunity to help build something from the ground up.

If you are motivated, positive, dependable, and looking for a place where your contribution will genuinely matter, we would love to meet you and tell you more about MONT.
