The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented dental assistant to join our surgical team. If you love the fast pace of oral surgery, take pride in great patient care, and want a practice that invests in your growth, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Wednesday and Friday: 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
• No weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon chairside during extractions, implants, and other oral surgery procedures
• Take and process radiographs, including panoramic and CBCT imaging
• Prepare patients and operatories, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Support IV sedation cases alongside the surgical team
• Handle sterilization, instrument processing, and stocking
• Provide calm, compassionate care to patients who may be anxious about surgery

Requirements

• Arizona dental radiography certification
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn
• Reliability, integrity, attention to detail, and clear, respectful communication
• Professional, polished presentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Oral surgery assisting experience
• DAANCE certification
• IV certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
