Job Summary

We are looking for an Order Administrator to manage customer orders and provide support through phone and email. The ideal candidate should have experience in order management, order processing, or customer service .

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer purchase orders.
• Track orders and provide timely updates.
• Support quoting, invoicing, returns, and cancellations.
• Handle customer and internal queries through phone and email .
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
• Support reporting, KPIs, and process requirements.
• Assist with customer issues and disputes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Order Management, Order Administration, Order Processing, or Customer Service.
• Fluent English and Spanish .
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with internal systems and teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
