About the Role

Paramount Food & Beverages is looking for energetic and target-oriented Order Bookers to visit assigned retailers and customers, generate orders, build customer relationships, and contribute to the company's sales growth in the Lahore market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retailers, shops, and customers daily to book orders.
• Promote company products and introduce new products to customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly order/sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide regular market feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily visit and order-booking records.
• Coordinate with the distribution team for timely order fulfillment.
• Represent the company professionally in the market.

KPIs

• Achievement of monthly order-booking/sales targets.
• Daily productive customer visits.
• Number of new customers acquired.
• Customer retention and repeat orders.
• Accuracy of orders booked.
• Territory coverage and market development.
• Timely submission of daily reports.

Requirements

• Qualification: Matric or above.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant sales/order-booking experience.
• Age: 20–30 years.
• Must be a local resident of Lahore.
• Must have a personal motorcycle/bike and valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas of Lahore.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: Rs. 18,000/month.
• Mobile Allowance.
