About the Role

We are looking for an Order Coordinator/Data Entry Person to manage order processing, customer coordination, follow-ups, and internal coordination to ensure smooth and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process customer orders from receipt to fulfilment.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Track order status, dispatches, and deliveries.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
• Maintain order trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closure.
• Data Management

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Good computer proficiency – MS Excel, Email, MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate preferred
Experience: Prior experience in Order Coordination, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Operations, or Back Office will be preferred.
