Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing order information within our databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Your technical proficiency with productivity software, especially Microsoft Excel, along with strong organizational skills, will ensure seamless data collection, entry, and maintenance. Duties

• Enter order details into databases and ERP systems with precision and speed
• Maintain and update customer and order records using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel spreadsheets
• Verify accuracy of data entries through cross-checking and data analysis techniques
• Manage data collection processes, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and timely
• Handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly, adhering to privacy standards
• Support office operations by performing word processing, filing, and data transcription tasks
• Assist in generating reports through Excel data analysis to support business decision-making

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for verifying quantities and calculations within orders
• Familiarity with 10 key typing techniques for efficient data entry and transcription tasks
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Ability to perform Excel data analysis to identify trends or discrepancies
• Prior office experience or administrative background preferred but not required

Pay: $24.27 - $35.00 per hour
