Key Responsibilities

• Update details of new customer jobs/orders on the internal dashboard
  • Update revised details for existing jobs/orders
  • Ensure information entered in the system is accurate and complete
  • Coordinate internally to ensure job information is updated on time
  • Review job details carefully and identify discrepancies
  • Maintain accuracy while handling multiple jobs

  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong focus on accuracy and meeting timelines
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
