What they need
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Order Desk Specialist to join the dynamic Supply Chain team of a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and excel at keeping operations running smoothly, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career with a multinational leader.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Order Intake & Control: Receive sales orders across multiple channels (mail, phone, EDI) and meticulously check data accuracy (pricing, stock availability, quantities) and policy compliance before releasing orders.
- Order & Release Management: Monitor and resolve order blocks related to commercial conditions, customer addresses, or delivery dates to keep the pipeline moving.
- End-to-End SAP Processing: Manage the complete order lifecycle—from original order creation in SAP to generating delivery numbers.
- Logistics & Demand Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Logistics department to maximize delivery execution and coordinate with Demand Planners to guarantee product availability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for the Sales Force and Trade Partners, ensuring prompt and high-quality responses to customer requests.
- Credit Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Credit Department to resolve hold status and speed up blocked order releases.
- Invoicing & Credits: Process invoices and credit notes strictly aligned with approved customer price lists and internal compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in Order Desk Management, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain—ideally within the electrical appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Order Management/SD module) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP softwares.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for daily coordination with multinational teams. Knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
- Experience in the electrical appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
Benefits

- Meal vouchers: €120/month.
- Health insurance.
- Annual bonus: 5%.
