Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team in Erie, PA. The position is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining customer information, and supporting communication between customers and internal departments to ensure timely order fullfillment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the order management system
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order updates or questions
• Maintain customer and order records
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies
• Support the customer service and operations teams as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous office, customer service, or data entry experience preferred
