Order Entry Clerk

Are you organized, quick with a keyboard and the person who always notices when something does not look right? We are hiring an Order Entry Clerk to process customer orders, maintain accurate records and help orders move smoothly from request to delivery.

Position details

• Pay: $21.50–$25.00 per hour
• Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Work setting: On-site
• Training: Paid training provided
• Education: No college degree required

What you’ll handle

• Enter customer orders into the company database
• Check product details, quantities, pricing and delivery information
• Update customer accounts and order records
• Respond to basic order-status questions
• Correct incomplete or inaccurate information
• Coordinate with customer service, inventory and shipping teams
• Track orders through processing and fulfillment
• Prepare simple reports and maintain digital files
• Escalate stock, delivery or account issues when needed

You do not need previous experience as an Order Entry Clerk. We are looking for someone dependable, comfortable using computers and able to communicate clearly by phone and email. Experience from customer service, retail, administration, inventory or warehouse documentation can transfer well into this role.

You will work with the operations supervisor and support teams while learning order processing, data entry and fulfillment procedures. As your confidence grows, you may gain exposure to inventory control, customer accounts and wider business operations.
