Work Setup: Work From Home

Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing – Building 35, Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We’re hiring an Order Entry Clerk to join our Data Management Logistics (DML) Department! If you’re passionate about promotional items, detail‑oriented, and eager to work with one of the leading companies in the industry, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately enter client purchase orders into the system
• Ensure clients are charged correctly in accordance with pricing and company requirements
• Assign ship dates based on client requests while verifying production capacity and lead times
• Create and update new customer records in the system
• Modify existing orders as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong typing proficiency with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); French is an asset
• Strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy while performing repetitive tasks
• Well‑organized, with strong multitasking abilities
• Resourceful, responsible, and conscientious
• Ability to adapt quickly to updated or changing policies
• Have experience in industry and are familiar with various imprinting processes, such as Silk Screening, Debossing, and Lasering
• Experience in order entry or data management
• Background in logistics or promotional product industry
• Multilingual skills (English/French)
