Order Entry Processor

Job Description:The Order Entry Processorâ??s primary responsibility is to ensure that customers receive the proper products to the proper location in a timely manner and at the price quoted. The order entry position is essential to the quality system and ensures that orders are complete and accurate prior to production.Duties:â?¢ Enter all orders in ERP system according to ISO 9001-2000 work instructions and procedures.â?¢ Ensure that all documents are completed prior to order entry.â?¢ Contract review.â?¢ Document archive.â?¢ Run all pertinent reports.â?¢ Answer telephone and take messages.â?¢ Additional job functions as defined by management.â?¢ Perform other related duties as required.Skills/Qualifications:â?¢ Ability to meet deadlines.â?¢ Ability to work quickly and with accuracyâ?¢ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingâ?¢ Strong attention to detailâ?¢ Experience with MS Office products, such as Excel & Outlookâ?¢ Commitment to excellent customer serviceâ?¢ Well-organized structured approach to managing, prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks.â?¢ Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion.â?¢ Good concentration skills to follow regiment of procedural checks.â?¢ H.S. Diploma or G.E.D preferred
