Order Entry Specialist

We are working with a local client who is looking to bring on someone to focus on Order Entry/Customer Service ASAP!

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Manage ongoing customer communications regarding order status, product availability, delivery timelines, and account-related inquiries.

Partner with customers to proactively address concerns, identify solutions, and provide timely updates.

Maintain professionalism and responsiveness across phone, email, and internal communications.
