Order Entry/Customer Associate

Job Overview:

Join our dedicated team as an Order Entry/Customer Associate for our thriving janitorial service company. You will be the central link ensuring seamless communication between our clients and operations, playing a vital role in maintaining our high standards for service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Order Entry & Management:

• Accurately process new service requests, changes, and cancellations into our internal system.
• Generate work orders and dispatch information for the operations team.
• Maintain and update customer account information and service profiles.

Customer Service & Communication:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding order confirmations, service updates, and schedule changes.
• Liaise between the customer and the operations team to relay special requests or report issues from the field.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Pay: $21.82-$25.86 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
