Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Execution Executive to manage end-to-end order processing between clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have experience in documentation, coordination, and working knowledge of Tally ERP.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase orders from clients.
• Prepare and issue vendor purchase orders accurately.
• Handle both-side documentation (client & vendor).
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, and dispatch teams for order updates.
• Track material status and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Maintain and update records in Tally & Excel.
• Support billing, GRN, and invoicing as required.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external parties.

Expertise & Skills Required

• Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel
• Understanding of purchase, order management, and invoicing
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Typing speed: 35–40 WPM preferred
• B.Com background with knowledge of accounts and basic inventory preferred
