Order Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Order

• Receive customer orders via call, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in

• Advise customers on product availability, price, and delivery schedule

• Maintain good relationship with existing customers to secure repeat orders

2. Sales Order & Coordination

• Prepare and key in Sales Order (SO) and Delivery Order (DO) into system

• Check stock availability and coordinate with warehouse for picking & packing

• Arrange collection/delivery schedule with customer and logistics

3. Payment & Billing

• Follow up on customer payment - cash, cheque, online transfer

• Issue invoice and collect payment during customer collection

• Update payment status and submit collection report to Accounts

4. Admin & Support

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• File and maintain order documents properly

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM. Diploma is an advantage

• 1-2 years experience in order processing, sales admin, or customer service preferred. Fresh grads are welcome

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is a plus

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure

• Own transport and valid driving license. Must be able to go out for payment collection

• Honest, responsible, and good with numbers

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
