Order Expeditor (Hybrid | Day Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Expeditor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring supplier deliveries, expediting purchase orders, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials in accordance with contractual requirements.

Work Setup

• Equipment Provided: Company-issued PC and equipment
• Salary: Up to PHP 30,000 Gross Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and expedite supplier purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Generate weekly expediting reports and provide updates on order progress.
• Escalate overdue purchase orders and delivery concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage supplier-side PO processes, including receipt confirmation, release, expediting, and delivery coordination.
• Handle correspondence related to shipments, material quality, quantity discrepancies, and delivery issues.
• Collaborate with business units to understand and meet customer requirements based on contractual obligations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, audit requirements, and data privacy regulations.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain functions.

Job Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or any related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in:

  • Order Expediting
  • Supply Chain Operations
  • Procurement
  • Logistics Coordination
  • Purchasing or Vendor Management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience supporting international clients (US, UK, APAC, or other global markets).

• Knowledge of:

  • Procurement Processes
  • Contracting and Contract Management
  • Logistics Operations
  • Incoterms
  • Purchase Order Management

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience handling supplier coordination and delivery performance monitoring.

Highly Preferred

• Experience working with Chevron or supporting Chevron-related procurement, supply chain, or order management operations.
