Order Fulfillment Analyst (OFA) - Pooling

About the role

The Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of customer orders from order receipt through delivery. The role collaborates closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, Sales, Warehousing, and Customer-facing teams to achieve service level targets, optimize inventory utilization, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and within agreed service timelines.
• Monitor order fulfillment performance and proactively address supply, inventory, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Analyze order fulfillment, stock allocation, and service level data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide timely communication and resolution of customer inquiries, order discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Generate operational reports and insights to support business decisions and supply chain performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and supply chain processes.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
