Order Fulfillment Associate

• Process incoming customer orders and verify order details for accuracy.

• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams regarding product availability and order status.

• Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process from receipt through shipment.

• Update order information shipping details and tracking records in internal systems.

• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations shipping updates delays and delivery information.

• Assist with order changes cancellations returns replacements and other fulfillment requests.

• Prepare and maintain digital order records shipment documentation and fulfillment reports.

• Identify order discrepancies inventory concerns or fulfillment delays and escalate when necessary.

• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to order related inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of completed pending and delayed orders.

• Support general administrative and operational tasks related to order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

• Experience in order fulfillment customer service warehouse operations logistics or administrative support is helpful but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using order management systems digital tools spreadsheets and office software.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast paced environment.

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

• Reliable proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers warehouse teams and internal staff.

• Willingness to learn company fulfillment procedures and systems through provided training.

Pay: $28.37 - $33.15 per hour
