Duties

• Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipment.
• Perform order picking and packing with precision to ensure correct items are prepared for delivery while adhering to quality control standards.
• Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems regularly.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments, recording inbound/outbound logistics, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Follow safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), practicing manual handling techniques, and adhering to heavy equipment operation guidelines.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Experience

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning technology for logistics, and inventory management systems.
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, or materials handling is highly desirable.
• Strong manual dexterity with basic math skills for inventory counts and order calculations.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols rigorously while handling heavy lifting tasks and operating heavy machinery.
• Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution workflows will be considered an asset.

Pay: $23.83 - $28.70 per hour
